Stonehewer’s raw materials cost significantly less to produce than traditional rivals. Consequently, they can undercut competitors without compromising their margin.
No other technologies are required to make the Stonehewer proposition a reality. All its products can be used with existing systems either in addition to as a direct substitute. Furthermore, the technology and the market opportunity is scalable and replicable in other countries. Sales streams are organic and not reliant on mass uptake to achieve traction.
Fly ash recycling and separation technology is fully developed and proven with access to one full-scale plant at Fiddlers Ferry (300,000 tonnes p.a.) and developing a second plant at Aberthaw.
